Now that we’ve got the pleasantries over with, I can tell you what this blog is really about.
The Vintage View is really a compendium of knowledge from several sources. Firstly, from a book called The Teen Guide To Home-Making, published in 1961. Secondly, from my very own brain. And finally, the occasional appearance of a song or piece of clothing that I may have come across in my explorations. With those three things combined, I hope to provide at least a little comic relief as post-by-post, you learn how you should have behaved in the 60’s. (And perhaps be ever so much more glad you don’t!)
